Turkey Sub

Some say, if a vehicle's driver cannot finish a six inch turkey sub by the time it takes to get from the Fort Littleton exit to the Tuscarora Mountain Tunnel on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, eastbound...then the driver may require additional driver training or the driver simply did not develop enough appetite. The Pennsylvania Turnpike is as easy as driving in a child's picture book, gobbling up its miles is like taking candy from a baby. The mile markers keep watch over the hillsides that ramp up to the ridges. The fall glow of foliage that leads to the snowfall in the Laurel Highlands is worthy of a Hallmark movie set. Tuscarora, Kittatinny and Old Blue keep light at the end of their tunnels for me and you. Like following a sunrise, a rebirth. Turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, hot pepper relish, oil and vinegar should not be a problem to devour at the brunch hour. All the while, eyes on the road. The vista views of farmlands, sheep, cows, fencing and fence posts is what I enjoy most.
