1. Nodding Head Brewery on Sansom St.

2. Tavern On Broad (200 S. Broad St.)

3. Prime Rib on Locust St.

4. Black Sheep Pub, S. 17th St.

A small sampler of a date nite with wifey. We entered all these fine establishments with the forethought that we deserved a nite out. As we strolled, I acknowledged the folks standing over the subway grates giving off steam. The nite air was chilled like ice, Rittenhouse Square was snow covered. Those with no place to go were making use of any warmth. So, I can't help to think where these folks will go in the early hours as I sleep time away in the Sofitel Hotel. I felt uncomfortable about that. Hustling for the heat. We dove in and out of store fronts, while Jack Frost tried to run up on us. Where do the locals go? They got that heat game run a-round. I did find warmth and atmosphere at Prime Rib. On some small scale, I felt like I was ballin'. I got a good thing with a fine lady, and she was by my side all nite. Chest poked out, playin' the game.
