The snow fell and boxed out the boxwoods. The fire pit remains ready and the tavern lite glows steady. The backdrop of arbs is coated in fresh, white plow. Hospitality is on the ready. The amounts of enjoyment I achieve from these scenes is enough to get me away from my screen. The wood is stacked as beers from the fridge are jacked. We have the Smurfyist of plow drivers out on all terrains. Guests are always welcome and seldom complain. Winter weekends are for college hoops and NFL playoffs. These times let me unwind and kick my feet up with my socks off.
