KU vs. UNC; ME vs. MYSELF

Tonite: Monday April 4, 2022 is the culmination of the college basketball season. North Carolina #8 seed will go head to head with Kansas #1 seed, in New Orleans. The basement a.k.a. the cellar is my special place, my man den, where I watch college hoops and hibernate during the depths of winter. A place where I play bumper pool, 1 vs. 1, me vs. myself. I am undefeated. My personal space that resonates to me as a smoky pool hall. My beer is cold, I can sort my thoughts and sink shots. Kinda reminiscent of the pool halls that are portrayed in the older cartoons, where no holds are barred, where antics are unleashed, where Tom and Jerry throw down.
