A Siberian Tiger got loose today in the Commonwealth of PA. He roamed the snow laced woods edges and found food and seed. In the words of Tom Ridge (PA's 43rd Governor, from 1995-2001) speaking about his recovery from a recent stroke: Patience, Perseverance and Practice are crucial to catching your footing following a setback. I like to equate these Three P's to the resilience of Mr. Tiger as he boldly finds his way, a stone's throw from State Game Land No. 156. Once on track, he can reacquire his groove and seemlessly continue to chisel out his cool in the cold. Wild Boar and other ungulates (hoofed, herbivorous quadrupeds) will soon return to his dinner plate. My bird feeders will only sustain him for an evening or two. Godspeed to Mr. Ridge, his integrity always resonated through his leadership.
