Hogsmeade to Tumbleweed

I made mental notes from Day 1 that my Day 1 can operate in the spirit realm. Isabella has an affinity for the Tim Burtonesque aspects of existence. She can hold straight faces and understand the instruments of truth and justice. I am forever in her corner as I help her navigate life. She has made me more of a man, her blessed innocence pushes me to do right by her. She has molded my examples I try to lead her to. On the hottest, humidest day in Central Florida, we found ourselves in Universal Studio, Islands of Adventure. I made ready for a beer run to Hogsmeade as Melinda and Isabella waited for rides and coasters and stomach spinners and upchuck last night's dinners. I don't. I wait. I hold the purses and packages and umbrellas while I seek out pint glasses of cold brews. The snow capped houses in Hogsmeade gave me the disillusion of a cold winter's day as I sipped away on my beers from yesteryears. I cozied in a corner where the strollers were parked. I pick my spots, I call those shots. The day pressed on, the $10 beers in Potter World were plentiful but not for my pockets. The price was very sobering. So, we walked and talked, my scalp got crucified in the sun. My thinning hair, helping me none. We made it to Toon Lagoon. From Hogsmeade to Tumbleweeds. A cartoon, I know not much about. But, Isabella was drawn* to the mortician character. A calling from her, she can see into these portals and find a peeked interest in these personas. She can see things that I can't. I love her thoughts and attempting to decode what is happening in her mentals. I love her and love her more each time I see her in the heat of these days, bringing something special to the table. Offering sincerity and compassion, taking the time to manifest her visions in this world and in other worlds. She can see the other side, I want to walk with her as long as I can, being her friend, confidant and father. R.I.P. Kobe #GirlDad
As the day waned into darkness, the heat beat a steady thump against my body. Rejuvenating and fatiguing all in one lump. Also, in Toon Lagoon, I found a catch phrase, after 13 hours in the park, to sarcastically sum up my day. Get me to the car, get me to the hotel. Get me a cheaper beer at 7-11. One time!
