Best Brownies Ever (BBE)

Taking a break time snack for myself in the farmer's field in Scottsburg, VA. The Short Stop Market is so close, just a quarter mile, not even, down to the intersection of Route 360 and Scottsburg Road. In there, they got the finest fixins from chicken fried to mashed potatos and mac n cheese. But, I don't need that. I got a package of tin foil wrapped brownies. The best brownies, brownies that are legendary. So, I sat myself beside a pocket of daffodils a.k.a. buttercups and tore up those brownies. My face was in them and I found a moment for a candid pic. Early spring was in the air, the rust colored dirt against my pants is sure indication of my location. Piedmont. The early foothills of the Appalachians. This is definitely a time and place moment. I spend alot of time thinking toward the future. Like, what am I doing tomorrow? Or, thinking about hours from the present. But, in this place, I reside in the moment. I eat the brownies and I sit on the dirt. My senses are cleaner. I can filter out the 'what ifs' and focus on the smell of the onion grass and the turkey vultures over head. And the honey bees that have emerged around the early spring flowers. At this moment of time and place, ain't nothing greater going in my face than these heaping handfulls of goodness.

Time * Place * BBE = Heart Emoji
