Dubbed "The Greatest Game Never Played" for sole reason that Covid 19 shut down the sale of tickets and the beer man was non existent, no lines at the restrooms, etc. The only eye was that of a binocular wielding reporter, perched like an eagle, on top of a Sycamore 50 yards from the 50 yard line. The only proof of play by play was his crack pot reporting, the empty cans of Genesee below the Sycamore brings the stats into question. Reminiscent of the 100 point game scored by Wilt Chamberlain, for those who were there, they were offered the sweetest treat ever produced in Hershey, PA. Like "The Greatest Game Never Played", the Sycamore seated snapper speaks of a game of all ages. Greater than Joe Namath's "Guarantee", more brutal than "The Ice Bowl", "The Fog Bowl", "The Bounty Bowl". More exacerbating than playing on the "Frozen Tundra" of Lambeau Field. This gridiron is isolated in a retention basin in Brownstown, in coordination with Covid 19 restrictions. The beer sales are a non factor, B-Tizzle is dry as the Sahara anyhow. These players are mic'd up and ready to flow into the history books like legends of the past who made no mistake about their distinct dent on the history of the league: Jack Lambert, Deacon Jones, Fred "The Hammer" Williamson, Chuck Bednarik, Ray Nitschke, Ronnie Lott, "Sam" Huff, the legends list could continue into the archives for decades. Clotheslines, horse collar tackles, chop blocks were on the highlight reel.
